Main implementation forms

1. Automated storage

After automatic stacking, the system dispatches an unmanned forklift to deliver them to the entrance of the stereoscopic warehouse, and the stacker stores them in the stereoscopic warehouse. When it is necessary to replenish goods to the picking area, the system will dispatch the stacker to take out the goods from the stereoscopic warehouse, deliver them to the exit, and then transport the goods to the picking area by an unmanned forklift.

2. Robot picking

The Kiva-like robot scheme completely subtracts the walking action of employees in the process of replenishment and picking, and the robot carries the goods to the designated location. The operator only needs to complete the action at the replenishment and picking workstation according to the instructions of the electronic label light display screen, which is labor saving, high efficiency and less error. 3. Automatic picking of conveyor line
